Notes from Wed. Sept. 8th Meeting 7:00-8:30PM
In attendance were: Kevin D, Kevin H, Mike D., Bill B., newest (transfer from San Diego) member Ryan M and Kevin O
Please review and provide comments or updates as needed.
New Business
· Meeting Nights have been changed to the 1st Monday night of each month to accommodate member schedules and increase attendance. The next meeting will be Oct. 4 7-8:30PM location TBD. Please note that this is the Monday following our Roslindale Day Parade march.
· We collected two new applications. Please welcome the transfer of Brother Ryan M. from San Diego. And another application for Michael Potts, new to the order, membership. Kevin D. will process the applications.
· We plan to hold elections in the coming month. Current slates of officer recommendation are:
President - Kevin O.
VP - Mike R.
FS - Kevin D.
Treasure - Kevin H.
Standing Committee ??
· Roslindale Day Parade – Assemble at noon just outside Rosi Village.

Parade is scheduled rain or shine for 4/3/09 – KO contacting the parade committee for updates, assembly location, etc.
Recommendation was made that we march with a uniform look. It was suggested that at a minimum we march in green polo shirt and tan slacks. Some of us plan to march in kilts.
Kevin D has the action to follow-up with Mass State Board President Richard J. Thompson to look into the possibility of using the State AHO banner and invite additional division members to the march with us again this year. We plan to meetup at Robyns post march.
· Motion was approved for $75 hole sponsorship for the WR K of C 3049 golf tournament on 9/12. Bill B. will contact and make the payment with the WR K of C.
· Kevin D. will take care of the JMC website yearly $10 renewal fee
· This year the division will focus on increasing membership. Please Email us with any suggestions
